What is IdeaPOS?
IdeaPOS connects retail point of sale with products, inventory, customers, suppliers, branches and reports. It is designed for shops and teams managing day-to-day retail operations.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Create your company through the website and start with the Free Access limits shown above. A paid subscription is not required to create your company.
Which devices can I use?
Use the App Store and Google Play links on this page for mobile availability in your region. Contact support for current Windows and macOS availability. Your company plan is recognized across supported devices.
Does IdeaPOS support Arabic?
Yes. The application supports Arabic with a right-to-left layout and English with a left-to-right layout, plus light and dark themes.
Can I manage branches and separate staff accounts?
Yes. Your package sets the number of branches and users. Team members have their own accounts and role-based access. Compare the current limits in the packages section.
How do paid subscriptions work?
Choose a monthly or yearly plan in a supported mobile app. The Store shows the final localized price before purchase. The plan belongs to your company and is recognized on supported devices. If renewal is cancelled, access continues until the verified expiry date.
Do sales need an internet connection?
Yes. An internet connection is required to complete sales and keep business records up to date.
